Our FREE Pop Up Games start tomorrow ☀️ We'll be in Kidderminster town centre on 12 & 13 August, with plenty for the kids to get stuck into, including Giant Jenga, Giant Dominoes, Kerplunk, Chess, Skittles, beanbags and more. We'll be running two sessions on both days: 🕙 10am–12pm 🕐 1pm–3pm With the warm weather, please make sure children come prepared with sun cream, hats and plenty of water. We'll also have a gazebo up to provide some shade during the sessions. Children must be accompanied by an adult. That’s a wrap on the Kidderminster Canal & Food Festival 2026 💙 We’re genuinely blown away by the support this event has had over the weekend. The turnout from people across Kidderminster and from further afield went beyond what we expected, and it’s been brilliant seeing Weavers Wharf so busy across both days. A massive thank you to everyone who came along, as well as all the traders, performers, teams and everyone behind the scenes who helped make the weekend happen. And of course, it’s been great to partner up with FAB Food Fest once again and bring another event like this to the town. 👏 This was our first big event of the year, and we’ve got more planned. For now though, we just hope everyone who came along had a brilliant weekend and enjoyed it as much as we did. Day 2 of the Kidderminster Canal & Food Festival has started 💙 After such an amazing day yesterday, we're ready to do it all again and today is set to be another good one. We've got some brilliant live bands and entertainment throughout the day, including our Michael Jackson Tribute taking to the stage at around 3pm. We're making the most of the summer holidays by bringing our FREE Pop Up Games to Kidderminster town centre ☀️ We know keeping the kids entertained over the holidays can soon add up, so we're really pleased to be putting on another free activity for families to enjoy 💙 On 12 & 13 August, we'll have a range of giant games and activities for children to get involved with, whether that's a quick game of Jenga, Kerplunk, Chess, Skittles or just spending a couple of hours having fun in the town centre.
