Kidderminster Town

Just one day to go until Kidderminster Oktoberfest 2026 🍻 We're back at The Weaving Sheds tomorrow from 4pm–11pm, with a live Oompah band, plenty of music on stage and some great street food. We know the weather isn't looking the best, but don't worry, the event is still going ahead. The venue is undercover but open-sided, so we'd recommend wrapping up warm. There'll be bars serving German beers, plus loads of street food including BBQ, pizza, German sausages, burgers and sweet treats. Here's who's performing: 🎤 4:15pm–5:15pm – Dolly Parton Tribute 🎶 5:45pm–6:45pm – Ubmad4ska 🎸 7pm–8pm – JbH 🍻 8:30pm–9:15pm – Vorsprung Durch Oompah (Set 1) 🍻 9:45pm–10:30pm – Vorsprung Durch Oompah (Set 2) In partnership with FAB Food Fest 💙 #Kidderminster #Worcestershire #Oktoberfest #Events #local #community #support #love #family #fun

Our Christmas Lights Switch-On is back on Saturday 14th November, from 3pm–9pm, with the lights being switched on at 5:30pm✨ We know quite a few of you have been asking about this year's event, so here's your date. There'll be live music, festive market stalls and plenty more happening throughout the day. We'll be sharing more details soon. We absolutely love putting on these events, especially at Christmas. It's always great seeing so many people out enjoying themselves and supporting the town. We're looking forward to another one this year 💙 In partnership with Kidderminster Town Council and Bescot Promotions, and supported by Wyre Forest District Council 🙌 #Kidderminster #local #events #Worcestershire #love #Christmas #support #community

Yesterday, following a report from Boots, Sam and Mike our outreach officers worked alongside local police to recover nearly £4,000 worth of stolen stock, which was successfully returned to the store 👏 It's not all about putting on big events. Supporting our local businesses and keeping Kidderminster town centre safe is just as important. A brilliant effort from everyone involved and a great example of the work our team does behind the scenes 💙 As we head towards the busy festive season, we'll continue working closely with local businesses and police to help keep our town centre a safe and welcoming place for everyone #Kidderminster #Worcestershire #store #business #local #community #support
